Are you attended?
Yes. The laundromat is fully attended 9AM to 5PM on weekdays Monday through Friday and partially attended on weekends from 9AM to 3PM Saturday and Sunday.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a coin-op laundromat with ATM and change machines inside.
Do you have large machines?
Yes. We have six 62 Lb. washing machines and and six 67 Lb. dryers. We encourage you to see the full list of washer and dryers here.
Wash & Fold Drop Off
What are your wash and fold drop off hours?
A wash & fold attendant will be present for drop offs and pickups from 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday and from 9AM to 3PM on Saturday and Sunday.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use only premium products such as Tide and Bounce dryer sheets. You can also request all Free & Clear if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order for wash & fold service is 10 pounds.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold drop off service?
Next day orders will be ready for pickup in 24 hours; same day order will be ready for pickup by 5PM Monday through Friday or 3PM on weekends.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup & delivery is available from 9AM to noon and 3PM to 6PM Monday through Friday only.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Your order will be delivered next day.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 10 pounds to be eligible for pickup and delivery.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
We try to be reasonable and fair with our pickup and delivery service. The priced is based on weight and frequency of use.
Currently we offer this service for $1.75 per pound for regular weekly or biweekly scheduled orders. Occasional and infrequent orders are $1.90 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
